Special Order Item Information

We offer the entire catalogue range of Sanwa/Seimitsu products on our website, in order to give our customers the best choice of quality Japanese arcade parts. We buy all our Sanwa/Seimitsu products direct from the manufacturers in Japan, so our customers will always receive the best quality Japanese parts straight from the factory.

We stock many of the most popular arcade parts from Sanwa/Seimitsu and whilst we would love to be able to stock every single product, this just isn't practical, so you will notice that some products are marked as "special order item"

FAQ's
What does special order item mean?
Any Sanwa/Seimitsu product that is marked as "special order item" means it is not in stock straight away. There will be a short lead time for you to receive these products.

How does special order items work?
Customers can go ahead and order any Sanwa/Seimitsu parts direct from our website. The order will be processed in the normal way and we will inform you once your parts are in stock.

How long do I have to wait for special order items?
We place orders with the manufacturers on a weekly basis - at the end of every week. The lead time for special order items is approx 7 - 10 days for us to receive once the stock orders are placed. This allows enough time for shipping and UK customs clearance. Please Note: Lead times are given in good faith but we are not responsible for any delays due to UK customs clearance etc

EG/ A customer places an order for "special order items" on any day between Monday to Friday 5pm. We collaborate all the special order items on friday evening each week and add these to our weekly stock run. We place the order friday evening with the factory. Our stock and "special order items" arrive with us approx 7 - 10 days later. We despatch orders to customers as soon as the stock arrives.

Can I order stock items and "special order items" at the same time?
Yes, there are no rules. You can order any items you like. Please Note: If your order contains regular stock items and "special order items" we will wait till we have all your parts available before we ship your order.

I want to order stock items and "special order items" from your website. What should I do?
There are two options but we recommend that you make two seperate orders - Stock items and "special order items" That way, we can despatch the items that are in stock and ship the "special order items" seperately once they are available. This will mean a seperate delivery charge for each order though, but if you are in a hurry, it would be the best option for you.

OR

You can add all the items you want to buy to your shopping cart as normal and proceed with checkout.
We will despatch the complete order, once all your parts are available. You would also only pay the one delivery charge for the complete order.

I used to fill the excel spreadsheet in to place my order but I can't seem to find it on your website now. Where has this gone?
We used to only place stock runs once a month but we feel that by ordering every week, our customers don't have to wait as long and we can open up the whole ordering system and speed things up, meaning our customers can choose from any of the Japanese parts and get them quicker than ever.
We have replaced the spreadsheet ordering system and now customers can buy any of the Sanwa/Seimitsu parts direct from the website.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Will you ever start stocking some of the "special order parts"?
YES, We want to continue to add more and more of the Sanwa/Seimitsu parts as stock items. We will be removing the "special order item" status from products as time goes by and these will become regular stock items.

I want to order but don't have a Paypal account. Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you don't need to have a paypal account to buy direct from the website. Just add the items to your shopping cart and when you reach the Paypal checkout pages, you will be presented with the option to login and pay with Paypal OR to pay by credit card instead.

Do you accept telephone orders?
Yes, we realise that some customers may actually prefer to talk to a real person! We can gladly offer advice about parts and welcome telephone orders.
