We will ship products Worldwide. Customers from Europe/Rest of the world - please email us with your address, including zip code and we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
Shipping is calculated on a weight/destination basis - smaller items are sent by Airmail and the larger items are despatched with our courier DHL or Parcelforce.

The shipping prices on our website are for UK Mainland only.

All larger orders are despatched with our courier DHL
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours where possible - Monday to Friday (subject to stock availability)
Orders sent by courier - customers will be emailed a tracking number for their parcel.

Orders placed at weekend will be despatched the following week.

Standard Airmail:
Upon entering the shipping country, deliveries will enter the postal system of the country concerned.
It is our experience that goods delivered using this method arrive within 5-7 days of despatch for European destinations and within 7-10 days of despatch for the Rest Of The World.

Overseas Courier Delivery:
Orders will be dispatched using DHL.
You can track your parcel online using the tracking number we will provide you with.
Orders placed by this method should reach you within 3-5 days of despatch for European destinations and within 5-7 days of despatch for the Rest Of The World.
Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.

Customs Charges
Goods ordered from outside the UK: please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination.
Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you.

It is accepted by you that Gremlin Solutions has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance.
Gremlin Solutions recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes / duties that may be applicable to your on-line order.
You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne.
In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.
We can't advise on how much you can expect to pay for import duties.
