We ship most of our products Worldwide. All shipping prices quoted on this website are for UK Mainland ONLY. European/International customers are advised to fill out our contact form with their address, including zip code and we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote.

UK Delivery
All our smaller parcels are despatched with Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This is a tracked service and a tracking number will be emailed upon despatch of your order.
We can offer an upgraded delivery service such as Royal Mail Next Day or Guaranteed Saturday delivery for an extra charge.
Our heavier items are despatched with couriers and tracking numbers are provided by email.
Customers from Scottish Highlands, Western Isles and remote areas of the UK may incur additional delivery charges
We will contact you prior to despatch if this is applicable.

U.S.A & Canada Shipping
There are 3 options for shipping to the U.S.A & Canada.
Standard Airmail - This is the cheapest method of shipping. Please note, this is an untracked service.
Airsure - This is a priority Airmail service with tracking number.
Dedicated Courier Service (UPS or similar) - For customers that want their order fast, this is the recommended shipping service. Transit times Approx. 3-5 Days. Fully tracked service.

Overseas Shipping
The shipping charges quoted on this website are for UK Mainland ONLY.
Shipping for Europe/International orders is calculated on a weight/destination basis. All overseas orders are weighed prior to shipping and the correct shipping/packaging charge is then calculated. If there is a shortfall to pay for shipping/packaging, we will email you a PayPal invoice. Once any shipping shortfalls have been paid, we will ship your order.
Smaller items are sent by Standard Airmail and the larger items are shipped with one of our couriers. Standard Airmail is an untracked service. Tracking numbers are provided by email for all orders shipped using our courier service only.

PLEASE NOTE:
Some harder to reach areas will incur a remote area surcharge. We will notify you if this is the case.
This is charged by our courier for harder to reach areas.
All shipping charges are subject to change at any time to reflect the current climate of the market.
Orders placed at weekend will be despatched the following week.

Standard Airmail:
Upon entering the shipping country, deliveries will enter the postal system of the country concerned.
We are not responsible for transit times for European/International orders. Approximate transit time for European shipping is 5+ Days. Approximate transit time for International shipping is 10+ Days.

Overseas Courier Delivery:
Orders will be dispatched using one of our couriers.
You can track your parcel online using the tracking number we will provide you with.
Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.

Customs Charges
Goods ordered from outside the UK: please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination.
Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you.

It is accepted by you that Gremlin Solutions has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance.
Gremlin Solutions recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes / duties that may be applicable to your on-line order.
You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne.
In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.
We can't advise on how much you can expect to pay for import duties.
