"Pole Position" steering wheel. This is an optical wheel which rotates continuously. Works on the same principle as a spinner. Contains a geared toothed wheel and optical sensor. Heavy-duty unit with cast bearing housing containing twin ball-bearing races, galvanised steel mounting plate. Connects to Opti-PAC or Mini-PAC.
