You can record your own taunts and insults if you wish, but Trash Talk's capable of much more.

Unfortunately the Trash Talk device drivers are designed for use with Windows XP Home (32-bit)
and Windows XP Pro (32-bit).  Although not officially supported, Trash Talk may function for
many Windows Vista (32-bit) users if the software is run in Windows XP [Service Pack 2] Compatibility mode.

The Trash Talk is NOT compatible with Windows 7 & 64-bit operating systems 

Windows XP Compatibility Mode In Windows Vista:

1.Right Click the Trash Talk .exe files
2.Choose Properties
3.Choose "Compatibility" tab
4.Check the box next to "Run this progra in compatability mode for:"
5.Choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" from the drop-down menu
6.Check the box next to "Run this program as an Administrator"
7.Click "Apply"
8.Click "OK"
