With a playlist in excess of 200 songs (devided into genres) the DDR series has reached new heights with this version. Players will be amused for countless hours with modes ranging from begginer, light, standard, heavy non-stop and challenge.

DDR Basics:
Dance Dance Revolution is a dance/fitness simulation game in which players must step on the 4 arrow buttons on the floor panel in time with the arrows that appear on screen. Timing is key and the game will flash on screen how well you are doing e.g. "Miss" "Good" "Perfect".

During the course of the song, a progress bar sits at the bottom of the screen that tracks how well the player is doing. "Perfect" & "Great" steps will increase the bar whilst getting a "Miss" will decrease the bar. At the end of the song a rank is given based on the performance of the player. This rank can range from an "E" Rank to an "S" Rank.
