How to Order from Gremlin Solutions

There are several ways you can order our products.

Order Online:
Using our shopping cart: As you browse our product pages, click the "Add to cart." button.
When you are done shopping, review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "View cart" button and make any necessary changes.
Once you are ready to pay, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. Customers do not need to have a Paypal account to use our website.
When you reach the checkout pages you will have the option to pay for your order with Paypal or use your credit card.
Credit card details are entered on a secure page for maximum security.

Order by Email:

Make a note of the products you would like to buy and send your order to us by email.
Please include the quantity/colour choices/products and your full shipping address including zip code.
We will then provide you with an accurate quote.
If you would like to proceed with your order, we can send you a Paypal invoice by email.
We also accept other forms of payment - please see the payment methods below.

Order by Mail:
Send your order to us by traditional "Snail Mail"
Please include your full address and a contact phone number.
We can call you to arrange payment by credit card over the phone.

European/International Orders:
Please note - The delivery prices on our website are for UK Mainland only. The charges do not cover shipping to Europe/Rest of the world.
If an overseas customer uses our shopping cart and completes checkout, we will have to calculate the shipping costs and there will be a shortfall to pay.
We will then notify you and send a Paypal invoice by email for the shipping shortfall.
Customers from Europe/Rest of the world are advised to email us their enquiry/order.
We can then provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
