The trade settings available on a Voyager Arcade Machine with a coinbox is highly detailed. Please find listed below full information on the extensive features:
Statistical Reporting
On the Leisure operators screen your will find the long term reporting on the machine, which is not re-settable and covers the life of the machine. It details the lifetime balance of the machine, the takings over the last seven day period, takings in the current week, takings in the previous week, takings month to date, takings month last year and takings previous month. Also detailed on this screen is a table of the top five most played games.
Coin Handling
Your coin mech. has been programmed to accept the following coins: £1, 50p, 20p, 10p. Any other coins should just run through the mech. and come out at the bottom slot underneath the reject button. If a coin gets stuck in the mech., press the reject button and it should drop down into the slot underneath it. The system will only allow up to 10+ credits to be displayed on the screen. If you enter more credits they are not lost, just not displayed until the values come back down to 10+, or less.
Cashbox Balance
This is the amount of money that has gone through the machine into the cashbox since you last reset this setting. You should reset this every time you empty your cashbox to give you a guide as to the amount that should be in your cashbox each time. To reset this figure, navigate down the menu to the third line from the bottom where it says “Reset cashbox balance”, as your blue navigation guide box highlights this line, the onscreen display will prompt you to press the fire button. This will set the cashbox balance back to zero.
Price of Play
To change the price of play, just select Price of Play on the settings screen, nudge the joystick until the screen value has altered to the new setting. The machine is set in 10p units therefore “3” equals 30p per play and “5” equals 50p etc.
Bonus
You use this setting in conjunction with the Price of Play settings to give bonus’s to encourage multiple plays by altering the values. These also work in 10p units. For example Price of Play set to “3”, 50p bonus set to “1”, £1.00 bonus set to “0”, will give you one game for 30p, two games for 50p, four games for £1.00. By changing these values you can get an infinitely variable number of different price settings.
Free Play
To put your machine into the free play mode, simply set the Price of Play setting to “0”. You need to ensure that the bonus settings are also set to “0” as well. The system will then automatically issue two credits and keep them topped up after each game is played.
